Cell Properties governs the properties that are specific to a particular Cell, such as: Cell Script, Cell Root, Cell Meter, Cell Repeats, Cell Generative Bars, Rules etc.
Cell Properties uses default values when a Template is manually added to a Cell, but uses values derived from the selected Schema if added via a randomization action.
Some Cell Properties (such as Cell Root and Cell Rules) default to their equivalents in Mix Properties but they can be overridden on a per-Cell basis.
