In-Mix Randomization

How to in-Mix Randomize a Mix or Cell in Wotja

Tutorial assumption: The latest version of Wotja is installed on your device and you are using it.

1. Select the Mixes Tab:

   In the Documents screen select the Mixes tab.

2. Load a Mix:

   Tap on a Mix File thumbnail to load a mix and then make sure you are in Music Mode (Mix).

3. Select randomization option:
   1. Tap the 'Dice' button to the left of the top toolbar in Music Mode (Mix).
   2. You are presented with a pop-up menu where the name of the Schema that will be used for randomization is shown at the top.

   How to select a different Schema:

   • In the pop-up menu tap "Select Schema" for the Schema Select screen where you can select one from the list of available Schemas.
   3. Select from one the available randomize options available.
      • Randomize Mix:
        • Randomizes the entire Mix as if it was a new Auto-Mix.
      • Randomize Cell/Column/Track:
        • Populates the relevant Cells, Columns or Tracks with different Templates.
      • Randomize Mix/Cell Patterns:
        • Refer to randomize options.
      • Note: If a Column or Track Cell is locked (looping) and you wish to randomize all Cells in that Column or Track you will need to select the relevant "ALL" option.

      • Wotja operating in Lite mode?

        • Some randomization options are Pro mode only.
        • Go Pro to be able to use those options.
4. The Mix or Cell/Column/Track is randomized

   If you wish to save your changes then remember to save your Mix!

   Otherwise, as there is no undo, if you do not want to keep them then close the Mix and discard changes.
